REFUND/RETURN POLICY

The customer is entitled to a complete refund minus the shipping charges ($57.00) if they notify this office within ten(10) days of receiving their shipment. We don't normally impose restocking charges. The following would be cause for restocking charges:

1.) The customer did not obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from our office.

2.) The RA # was obtained after 10 days of receipt of shipment.

3.) The equipment was improperly packaged for return, such as insufficient packing material, missing accessories, missing manuals, damage, or no notification from the customer with the return describing what action they are requesting us to take, and a copy of the invoice.

4.) The restocking fee is $40.00 for doors and $20.00 Screens and Accessories.

** The customer is responsible for shipping the equipment back to Fireguard (UPS is acceptable).

Schedule of shipping charges:

Glass doors for masonry and trimline zero clearance series fireplaces - $35.00 for a business address (not a home business)
$60.00 for residential
$ 32.50 for beyond point shipping

A copy of shipping bill can be sent at the customers request.

Track & Glass doors, tool sets, screens and spark guards - $22.50
Small Accessories - $12.50

Exchange Policy

The customer is entitled to exchange of their equipment within 30 days of receipt, minus the shipping of the first door, and pay any difference in price and shipping of second door. Restocking charges same as above.
